Submit a claim

Please find instructions here on how to submit a claim or have your expenses reimbursed.

Acute injury

Contact our emergency service immediately at tel.: +45 70 23 24 61 or e-mail: emergency@ihi-bupa.com in case of hospitalisation, repatriation, next-of-kin accompaniment, compassionate emergency visit, evacuation, death and accident.

When travelling in countries covered by The Danish Public Health Travel Insurance (Den Offentlige Rejsesygesikring), please contact The Danish Public Health Travel Insurance emergency service at tel.: +45 70 10 75 10.

Reimbursement of expenses

When filing a claim or requesting reimbursement of paid invoices, you can download the form you need for the submission by selecting the type of claim in question from the table below. Please note that you have the possibility to complete the form on your screen before you print it.

Please complete the form carefully including as much information as possible and enclose relevant and original documentation.

In case you have several different claims it might be necessary to file a separate claim for each case.

When you have completed the claim form, you need to print it and forward it to us by mail to our address. An electronic as well as a manual signature is accepted on the claim.

The turnaround time is 10-14 days. We will contact you if we need further information or documentation.
